Responsibilities
- Design new products for the Adhesive Tape Business to meet customer requirements, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant specifications and standards.
- Supervise the development and improvement of Adhesive Tape Business product quality for enhanced performance.
- Provide consultation, recommendations, and technical support to customers regarding the use of new Adhesive Business products.
- Monitor technologies related to the Adhesive Tape Business to ensure modern development aligned with current market demand, and seek new innovations to effectively respond to changes.
- Possess knowledge, skills, and experience in areas related to adhesives, paper, film, coating, packaging, and general industrial standards.
- Coordinate with external organizations to obtain certificates or licenses related to product quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D / Chemist. with research experience in Adhesive, Resin, Coating, Film, Paper will be given special consideration.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related fields.
- Good command of English; proficiency in other languages such as Chinese is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well with others.
- Demonstrates a positive thinking attitude and a growth mindset.
