Job Purpose
The Ustore Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance, sales, and operational standards of all UStores. The role ensures each store meets business objectives, aligns with Apple brand and company standards, and delivers a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Drive sales performance across all UStores to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities for Apple products and accessories.
• Propose the plan and coordinate with local marketing or product team in alignment with company goals.
• Support new store openings and expansions.
• Lead the weekly sales meeting to gain store insights and feedback for next week actions.
2. Store Operations & Standards
• Ensure all stores comply with company visual merchandising, brand presentation, and Apple product display standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to operational SOPs and company guidelines.
• Implement corrective actions and provide support for continuous improvement.
3. Team Leadership & Training
• Manage, coach, and motivate Store leaders and their teams to maximize performance.
• Coordinate regular training sessions on Apple products, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for store personnel.
4. Customer Experience
• Ensure consistent delivery of premium service and technical support to customers.
• Monitor and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
• Promote customer feedback initiatives to improve service quality.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyse the data and provide key insights for store performance improvement
• Prepare regular performance reports covering sales, KPIs, and operational compliance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare the quarterly Apple performance review presentation.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
