Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with iCenter management to define strategic direction and enhance technical team capabilities
- Monitor and control spare parts ordering via the GSX system across all branches to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
- Design and deliver both theoretical and hands-on training programs to upskill Service Engineers and Technical Support teams in alignment with AppleCare standards
- Develop and continuously update training materials and curricula in line with new products, technologies, and repair processes from Apple
- Provide accurate and safe knowledge transfer on iOS and macOS device repair to technical teams
- Conduct on-site visits to branches to deliver training, provide guidance, and support technical operations
- Ensure service standards are consistently maintained across all branches while improving repair efficiency and minimizing errors
- Evaluate training effectiveness, provide technical consultation, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Apple product repair or service operations (training or coaching experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong knowledge of iOS, macOS, and AppleCare service standards
- Proficiency in the GSX system and related technical tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and knowledge transfer skills
- Proven leadership ability with capability to coach and develop team members
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel to different branch locations
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong customer service mindset
- Basic English communication skills, especially in technical contexts
- Own vehicle for traveling to branches
- Apple technical certifications or relevant professional certifications will be an advantag
