Responsibilities
🤝 Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment
- Partner with department heads and leadership to understand business goals and deliver targeted HR strategies that support growth, scalability, and productivity.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and data trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies that improve business outcomes.
📈 Performance Management & Talent Development
- Lead the implementation of performance evaluation frameworks, ensuring clear goal alignment and constructive feedback mechanisms.
- Coach and guide managers on performance management, career development conversations, and handling sensitive employee relations.
- Identify training needs for business units and collaborate with L&D teams to deliver impactful leadership and skills development programs.
🌱 Culture, Engagement & Retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering an open, inclusive, and high-engagement workplace culture.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough, objective investigations when necessary.
- Design and implement retention strategies, utilizing insights from engagement surveys and exit interviews.
⚙️ HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Support the rollout of cross-functional HR initiatives, including compensation structures, benefits optimization, and policy enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless onboarding and alignment on hiring profiles for your designated business units.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or in a similar strategic HR role—ideally within high-growth tech companies, startups, or dynamic corporate environments.
- Proven experience navigating organizational growth and structural scaling.

- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
