Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications are an advantage.
- 6–10 years of experience in finance roles, ideally in automotive, retail, or other high-value inventory businesses.
- Strong skills in financial planning, forecasting, financial modeling, feasibility studies, and business performance analysis.
- Experience in cash flow management, banking relationships; Floor Plan financing experiences is an advantage.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with BI tools or ERP/DMS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
- High integrity, analytical mindset, and confidence to challenge stakeholders using data.
