Design Engineer (Automotive Part) - บริษัท อีเอสพี เอเซียน เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด

• Work Area: Bangkok or Vicinity (Based on customer's site)
• Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Follow customer's calendar)
• Provide design support for automotive parts (Interior, Exterior, Headlight, or Seat) based on customer criteria.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings to support the design process.
• Issue design-related documents (e.g., ECI, ECS, RFQ, RMBSS, BOM, etc.).
• Propose ideas for VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering)
• Set product variation specifications according to customer needs.
• Create documentation to record and improve the development process.
• Control and verify technical data and drawings (2D/3D).
• Coordinate with other sections or suppliers regarding design documents and CAD data.
• Participate in relevant meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related fields).
• Working knowledge in CATIA V5 (Solid, Surface, Assembly, and Drafting).
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive part design and development.
• Experience in Interior, Exterior, Seat, or Headlight design or other automotive parts.
• Experience in Plastic Injection or Sheet Metal part.
• Good communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent tasks.
• Highly Service-minded and proactive attitude.

• Strong interest or passion for Research and Development (R&D).
• Good command of English (Written and Spoken) or TOEIC 450+.
• Japanese language skills will be an advantage.
• Good team player / Able to work well in a team
