Production Control Engineer - บริษัท อีซูซุเอ็นยิ่น แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

1. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts in accordance with production requirements.

2. Monitor and control part deliveries, including preparation and follow-up of daily, monthly, and special delivery schedules.

3. Support new model launch activities, including new model package control, part readiness, and supplier coordination.

4. Support production planning and material control activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.

5. Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and part supply to prevent shortages and excess stock.

6. Conduct supplier evaluations and coordinate improvement activities to enhance production readiness and performance.

7.Prepare reports, analyses, and related documentation for parts control, supplier performance, and production planning.

8. Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve delivery, planning, and material supply issues effectively.

2. 3 - 5 years of working experience in Part Control, Production Planning, Material/Inventory Control, or Supply Chain -Management.

3. Strong knowledge and expertise in MRP systems, Production Planning, and Inventory Control.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

5. Skilled in data analysis and report preparation (Forecasting, Trend Analysis, Ratio Analysis) for planning and decision-making purposes.

6. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with suppliers and relevant departments to ensure effective follow-up and execution.

7. Good command of English.
