หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Lead and oversee end-to-end import operations for wine and related products, ensuring seamless coordination across documentation, shipping, and customs clearance processes.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation by proactively following up with suppliers (e.g., PI, invoices, labels, exclusive letters).
Act as the key liaison between suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to guarantee timely and compliant import documentation.
Manage and execute regulatory compliance activities, including excise registration, import permit applications, and label approval processes.
Oversee product master data management, including product item codes and barcode generation for customs brokers, warehouse, and inventory teams.
Coordinate closely with customs brokers and accounting teams to ensure tax payments and cash cheques are submitted accurately and on schedule.
Monitor, track, and report import status while maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for internal reporting and audit readiness.
Support commercial functions by preparing import-related documentation for marketing and sales, including tasting notes, high-resolution bottle shots, and award certifications.
Manage spare label requests and oversee preparation and issuance of replacement labels.
Participate actively in internal audits and collaborate with customs and excise authorities to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 4-5 years of progressive experience in import/export operations or customs clearance, with proven experience in a Senior or Supervisory role preferred.
Familiarity with excise regulations and import permit procedures.
Strong accountability and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
