Responsibilities
1. Site & Construction Survey: Conduct on-site evaluations for new locations, assessing strategic advantages and construction feasibility.
2. VI & Design Governance: Approve showroom layouts and designs to ensure 100% alignment with brand CI/VI standards.
3. Construction Progress Tracking: Monitor and track showroom construction progress through Distributors to ensure project timelines and brand readiness.
4. Marketing Asset Management: Oversee in-showroom media (signage, POSM, digital content) and seasonal decorations to ensure consistent brand communication.
5. Merchandise & Lifestyle: Lead the development and display of branded merchandise to enhance showroom lifestyle zones.
6. Showroom Commissioning: Conduct final audits before official openings to ensure brand readiness and facility standards.
7. Dealer Standards & KPIs: Develop Dealer Operation Standards and monitor performance through regular audits and KPI assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
- 2–3 years in Network Development, Retail Operations, or Brand Management (Automotive/Premium Retail experience is a plus).
- Proficient in site evaluation and basic architectural layout/design understanding.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of brand aesthetics and retail marketing.
- Excellent negotiation skills to collaborate with HQ, distributor, Dealers, Vendors, and HQ.
- Able to travel frequently for nationwide site inspections and audits.
- Good command of English. (Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage).
