Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor compliance with company regulations and internal policies
  • Update and maintain legal, compliance, and company policy information
  • Coordinate and provide basic guidance regarding company rules and procedures
  • Support documentation and administrative tasks related to legal and compliance functions
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize related documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding policy and compliance matters
  • Other jobs follow assignment

Qualifications

- Thai nationality. aged 24 - 28 years old.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Law degree is not required).

- 0–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, document control, compliance support or related fields.

- Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

- Detail-oriented with good organizational and document management skills.

- Willing to learn and understand company regulations, policies, and compliance-related matters.

- Positive attitude, responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Power Automate or process       improvement tools will be an advantage.

- Able to communicate in English for work purposes.
