Responsibilities
1.Design, develop, and maintain automation systems to support manufacturing operations.
2.Design and develop dashboards and production data reporting systems to support analysis and decision-making for related departments.
3.Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and software systems integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.
4.Collect raw machine data via PLC and MES systems, and manage data storage, analysis, and utilization effectively.
5.Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and IT departments to ensure automation systems operate correctly and align with operational plans.
6.Improve manufacturing processes, machinery, and control systems by applying new technologies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
7.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to automation systems, machinery, and software.
8.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2.1–3 years of experience in Automation or Industrial Systems.
3.Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, C++, C, and Python.
4.Knowledge of PLC communication systems, such as MES and CC-Link.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
6.Able to work 6 days per week.
