Responsibilities
-Develop, improve and implement the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
-Supervise quality control during production, identify and resolve potential quality issues, and ensure stability and consistency of production processes
-Collect and analyze quality data during the production process, generate quality reports regularly, and make suggestions for improvement
-Organize quality management and technical training, conduct regular internal quality audits, and ensure that all departments strictly implement quality standards
-Handle customer complaints, analyze the root causes of problems, develop improvement measures, and provide timely feedback to customers
-Lead and drive continuous improvement projects to optimize production processes and quality control methods
-Collaborate with production, R&D, procurement and other departments to ensure the effective implementation of quality management measures
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.5-8 years of relevant experience in quality management, including at least 2-3 years in mid-level or above management positions in quality management, able to lead and manage cross-departmental teams.
3.Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification; Quality Management System Auditor qualification; Overseas work experience or work experience in multinational companies; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
4.Quality Management System (QMS); Quality tools and methods; Production process and technical knowledge; Data analysis and reporting skills; Quality control and problem solving skills; Problem analysis and problem solving skills; Teamwork and communication skills;
5.communicate in English
