The Production Supervisor (PCBA) is responsible for supervising daily production activities in PCBA manufacturing processes, including SMT, DIP, Assembly, and Testing operations. The role ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, safety standards, and on-time delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and control daily production operations of PCBA manufacturing lines, including SMT, DIP, Assembly, and Testing processes.

2. Ensure production output meets Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity (QCDP) targets.

3. Plan and manage manpower allocation, production schedules, shift arrangements, and work assignments to maximize efficiency.

4. Monitor production performance indicators, including Output, Yield Rate, OEE, Downtime, Defect Rate, and On-Time Delivery.

5. Ensure operators comply with Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, Control Plans, ESD requirements, and quality standards.

6. Analyze production issues, process abnormalities, defects, and equipment downtime, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

7. Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce waste, improve productivity, and increase manufacturing efficiency.

8. Coordinate with Process Engineering, Quality, Equipment Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to support production goals.

9. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, engineering changes (ECN), and production ramp-up activities.

10. Lead and support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives.

11. Monitor and control material usage, WIP inventory, scrap reduction, and production costs.

12. Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and promote a strong safety culture within the production team.

13. Train, coach, and develop team leaders and operators to improve technical skills and overall performance.

14. Conduct daily production meetings and prepare production reports for management review.

15. Support customer audits, internal audits, and external audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 requirements.

16. Perform other duties assigned by management.
