Responsibilities
IPQC Engineer (In-Process Quality Control Engineer)
Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality during the manufacturing process, analyzing quality issues, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring production processes comply with company quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control in-process quality during production.
Analyze quality problems and coordinate with related departments for corrective and preventive actions.
Handle abnormal quality issues and support root cause analysis.
Prepare and maintain IPQC inspection standards, SOPs, and quality documents.
Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with quality systems.
Review production records and inspection reports.
Support customer audits and internal audits.
Coordinate with Production, PE, ME, and QA teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
Train operators and inspectors on quality standards and inspection methods.
Support continuous improvement activities related to product and process quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in IPQC, QA/QC, or manufacturing quality control.
Experience in inverter, electronics, or electrical manufacturing industry is preferred.
Familiar with quality tools such as 7QC Tools, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and 8D report.
Knowledge of ISO9001 systems is an advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate in English.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Work 6 days per week.
