Responsibilities
1. Formulate update and promote quality standards and technical specifications in the production process.
2. Ensure that the operator operates in strict accordance with the quality standards.
3. Monitor and analyze the key control points (KPIs) in the production process.
4. Identify and solve abnormal problems to ensure stable production quality.
5. Deal with quality problems in the production process in a timely manner and formulate corrective and preventive measures.
6. Cooperate with the cross-departmental team to complete the root cause analysis (RCA) of the problem.
7. Use quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to support quality improvement projects.
8. Promote lean production and Six Sigma related activities.
9. Train front-line operators and technical teams to improve quality awareness and skill level.
10. Instruct team members to apply quality standards and technical methods in their work.
11. Lead or participate in quality improvement projects to ensure that goals are achieved.
12. Track the effect of improvement measures and continuously optimize them.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2.At least 1 years of experience in Process Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control within the Power Electronics or Electronics Manufacturing industry.
3.Good understanding of quality management systems, process quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
4.Familiar with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA, MSA, and Control Plan.
5.Proficient in using measuring equipment and quality inspection instruments.
6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
7.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
8.Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
9.Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to achieving quality and operational excellence.
10.Able to work six days per week (Monday to Saturday).
