Responsibilities
1.Responsible for BSOD(Blue screen of death)/black screen/system hang up/system software compatibility issues analysis and triage
2.Coworker with R&D team, validation team, vendor to clarify the root cause of issues.
3.Tracking known issue and compare relative test result among different Projects.
4.Learn about Microsoft relative technical specs and new features.
5.Communicate and coordinate software related matters across departments, client and processor vendor.
6.Familiar to use WINDBG and Microsoft Windows Operate System architecture.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
2.Solid understanding of Windows OS architecture, system internals, and low-level system behavior
3.Strong analytical thinking with a proven ability in root cause analysis and complex problem-solving
4.Hands-on experience in system debugging, log analysis, and issue replication is highly preferred
5.Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., WinDbg) and software validation processes
6.Basic knowledge of hardware, drivers, or firmware is a strong plus
7.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global environments
8.Proficiency in English or Chinese (both written and verbal)
9.Fresh graduates with strong technical skills, internship experience, or relevant projects are welcome to apply
