หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Book space with carrier & airline
- Prepare export documentation S/I, BL, BOOKING CONFIRMATION, D/N, C/N, INVOICE until close shipment

- Work closely with other departments sales, overseas to support the booking process

- Able to communicate efficiency with suppliers, agents and customers

- Experienced in freight forwarder or related field is a plus

- Good communications skills both speak and written.

- ประสานกับลูกค้า, เอเย่นต่างประเทศหรือหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทางโทรศัพท์ และอีเมลล์

- จองเรือ หรือตัวแทนสายการบิน, จองรถ

- จัดทำเอกสารและค่าใช้จ่ายประเภทต่างๆ เช่น BOOKING CONFIRMATION, S/I, B/L, INVOICE, D/N & C/N จนถึงปิด JOB

- ติดตามเอกสารเพื่อจัดเตรียมใบขนสินค้าขาออกกับทางบริษัทชิปปิ้ง

- ให้คำปรึกษาให้กับลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งทั้งทางเรือและทางแอร์

คุณสมบัติ

- Age preferably 24-35 years

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, business administration or relevant field

- At least 2 years of experience

- Good command of spoken and written English.

- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Can be work immediately & under pressure

- Has service mind, detail-oriented, enthusiastic

- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 24-35 ปี

- มีประสบการ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป

- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการปฏิบัติงานพื้นฐานได้

- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารผ่านทางอีเมลได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว

- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระเบียบการทำเอกสารส่งออก-นำเข้า, และความรู้พื้นฐานเรื่อง Incoterm

- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี, ใจรักบริการ, ละเอียดรอบคอบ
