Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Develop and establish commercial frameworks, operational policies, and business guidelines to support strategic business expansion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to build effective project teams and ensure smooth implementation of operational plans.
- Lead pilot projects in selected stores or business locations, monitor execution progress, and evaluate operational performance.
- Implement and execute business policies, including trade-in programs and commercial initiatives, ensuring the business model is effectively operationalized.
- Analyze operational performance and continuously improve business efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
- Identify business challenges and provide practical solutions to optimize operational processes and enhance organizational performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment, operational consistency, and policy compliance.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Relevant industry background is required; candidates with experience in retail, automotive, commercial operations, or service industries will be preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in commercial operations, project management, business development, or related functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize business performance through data-driven analysis.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of Thai and English communication skills (Chinese language proficiency will be considered an advantage)
