Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Manage and monitor sales performance to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee channel and distribution management to ensure effective market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Handle negotiations and ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction.
- Report directly to the Regional Director regarding operational progress and performance.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (specific major not required).
- Proven experience with a background in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain dealer/customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (Mandarin Chinese is not a mandatory requirement).
- Open to all genders; no specific age restriction.
- Strong strategic thinking and relationship management abilities.
