• Assists the Human Resource Manager in all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Provides administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
• Maintains employee records and files.
• Answers employee questions and concerns about HR policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
• Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with candidates.
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience, and make recommendations to the hiring manager.
• Coordinate and manage the offer process for successful candidates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against other organizations.
• Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, bonuses, and retirement plans.
• Provide advice and support to employees on compensation and benefits matters.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
• Identify and assess employee training needs.
• Design and deliver training programs that are engaging and effective.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
