Job Overview
Mistine is seeking a highly motivated Ad Performance Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and social media content boosting in international markets — including ASEAN, Africa, MENA, South Asia, and others. This role will be responsible for executing and scaling performance-driven ad strategies to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation & Campaign Management
o Plan, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on acquiring new leads in overseas markets.
o Target region-specific audiences with tailored creatives and messaging for maximum relevance and engagement.
o Monitor and refine audience targeting, ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies for optimal performance.
• Boosting Social Media Content
o Strategically boost high-performing organic content on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase visibility and engagement in target international markets.
o Collaborate with the content and creative team to identify content suitable for amplification.
o Use data-driven testing to improve engagement rates and lead conversion from boosted posts.
• Optimization & A/B Testing
o Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data (CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA).
o Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and formats to improve campaign efficiency.
o Proactively identify new growth opportunities based on analytics and market trends.
• Reporting & Insights
o Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
o Analyze lead quality, funnel performance, and regional trends to guide strategy.
o Make recommendations for future campaigns based on data insights.
• Strategy Development & Scaling
o Create and execute region-specific advertising strategies tailored to the behavior and preferences of target markets.
o Scale high-performing campaigns and allocate budget effectively across markets.
o Stay current with platform changes and emerging market trends to keep Mistine competitive globally.
