Responsibilities
• Following plan of development of products is carried out efficacious by following procedures of development and they are finished on time.
• Control and give advice to ensure that the work instruction meets the ECCO standard and it is practical.
• Follow-up and assist the pre-production. Make sure that product meet the agreed standard and solve the problem if they don’t meet the agreed standard
• To ensure all development are made with the correct technical specification and agreed instructions are followed.
• To ensure Sale sample and P7 are finished on time. Fit tested and actions are initiated and supervised.
• Ensure good relation with all departments in ECCO Thailand and external parties.
• Ensure the product is being prepared with good quality, production friendly and cost effective.
• To assist and train local constructors in all construction and related matters
And to upgrade their general knowledge about shoe construction
• Employees are required to apply safety awareness by observing the need to follow safe practices in the workplace and by strictly complying with the ECCO Safety
• policy at all times.
• Employees are required to perform all activities in accordance with the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Engineer or any related field
• 3-5 years of experiences in the area of Shoe Manufacturing/footwear.
• In-depth knowledge in shoemaking process and pattern making. Able to check on shoe patterns, spec sheet, BOM, etc.
• Working with CAD Construction
