Responsibilities
1. ดำเนินการประเมินความพอดี (Fit) และการสวมใส่ (Wear) ตลอดกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และการผลิต
2. ประเมินความพอดี ความสบาย และประสิทธิภาพของรองเท้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
3. ประสานงานการทดสอบการสวมใส่ (Wear Test) และรวบรวมข้อคิดเห็น/ข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ใช้งาน
4. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความพอดี และกำหนดแนวทางการแก้ไขร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง
5. จัดทำและบำรุงรักษาข้อมูลบันทึกและรายงานการทดสอบ Fit & Wear ในระบบ PLM
6. ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Global Fit Advisor, GDE, ทีมเทคนิค, ทีมผลิต และทีมคุณภาพ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์มีความพอดีและพร้อมสำหรับการทดสอบการสวมใส่
1. Conduct fit and wear assessments throughout product development and production
2. Evaluate footwear fit, comfort, and performance against standards
3. Coordinate wear tests and collect user feedback
4. Analyze fit-related issues and corrective actions with stakeholders
5. Maintain fit & wear test records and reports in PLM
6. Collaborate with Global Fit Advisor, GDE, Technical, Production, and Quality teams to ensure product fit & wear readiness
Qualifications
1. มีประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี ในงานด้านการผลิตรองเท้า งานคุณภาพ หรือการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างรองเท้า, ความพอดี (Fit) และประสิทธิภาพในการสวมใส่
3. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา และการสื่อสารที่ดี
4. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษและทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์อยู่ในระดับดี
1. 2-3 years of experience in footwear production, quality, or development
2. Knowledge of footwear construction, fit, and wear performance
3. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
4. Good English and computer skills
