Responsibilities
1. Control DT Application support KPI as individual
2. Understand and provide solution to support incidents/requests for all DT Applications.
3. Maintain High DT Customer satisfaction level and Service level agreement for supporting domain
4. Monitor Availability, Integrity, Security, Confidentiality and Privacy of DT Application.
5. Involve in DT compliance/audit with business users and internal/external auditors for DT Application.
6. Be qualified DT Speaker to share technology/Application to all users.
7. Be trusted advisor for implemented DT Application and involve during DT Application implementation phase.
8. Be trusted advisor for implemented DT Application and involve during DT Application implementation phase.
9. Be member of DT Application continuity plan and connect with Business owners for testing as regular basis.
10. Accountability for application’s request/incident/problem as 1st level support and keep tracking with solution provided in ticketing tool.
11. Execute DT policy and process from Corporate DT and control to apply into assigned territory for DT Application support areas and communicate to users to follow.
12. Resolve Incident/request to user requests and advise the right solution to DT Application support team/users. Proactively Engage with vendor if case is complex.
13. Analyze incidents/requests/problems to define DT Application improvement plan.
14. Review DT Application’s availability, integrity, security, confidentiality and privacy (System log/alert) as daily basis.
15. Control and monitor DT Application Service level agreement and DT Customer Satisfaction Survey as individual.
16. Record and track DT Application support tickets for continuous improvement.
17. Be member in DT business continuity plan with DT Application support lead, DTBP, DTEA, DTDev and users as yearly basis.
18. Provide and maintain Cybersecurity awareness for end users via training/testing.
19. Report and escalate high risk issues to DT Application support lead followed the escalation procedure.
20. Involve in yearly physical check for all application licenses and report the result to DT Application support lead
21. Review High privilege account/access for all systems as monthly basis with IT Application support lead.
22. Learn and practice technology related to job scope to improve your competency.
23. Initiate productivity/innovative idea to improve DT supporting services
24. Support DT strategy/Direction/Policy/Process provided by Corporate DT within assigned territory.
25. Support DT internal/external audit with DT Application support lead /DTBP/DTEA/DTDev and follow up to close all risks pending
26. Perform duty per supervisor’s assignments.
Qualifications
• BSc/B.Eng in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, IT or technology related field.
• Must have at least 1 full life cycle of ERP/CRM implementation such as Oracle, Salesforce, Sage, or other global ERP/CRM as equivalent.
• Strong Experience in Application implementation and maintain for at least 5 years and intensive hand-on for technical problem resolution for any of these solutions: Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and any other global ERP/CRM solution.
• Hand on experience in managing SEO & SEM, Analytics Tools (Power BI), Content Management Systems (CMS), Social media (LINE OA, Facebook,.etc), Microsoft Power platform (Form, Workflow, SharePoint, Power Automate,.etc)
• Familiar with using Micrsoft365 as IT professional (Not user level).
• Understand and experience in various new technology (e.g. iOT, RPA, ML, Big Data).
• IT Work experience in Department store is a plus.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.
• Good sense of emergency.
• Strong interpersonal skill in communication/collaboration in managing customer satisfaction and service level agreement.
• Strong Service-mind and result oriented.
• Analytical and problem management skills is very important for this role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving aptitude with “Can Do” attitude.
