Responsibilities
- Selling Spare part and maintenance service to the customer.
- Approach and create relationships with new potential customers.
- Present HISAKA products, with a strong focus on Plate Heat Exchanger and ball valves.
- Provide technical advice, support, and product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and close sales deals effectively.
- Supervise and manage service staff, ensuring service quality.
- Develop procedures to support effective operations and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, or Mechanical engineering is preferable).
- At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or related field (senior level is a plus).
- Knowledge of Ball Valves and technical understanding of related products is required.
- Proven ability to develop new customer relationships through strong negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills; spoken and written English is an advantage.
- Must have own car and valid driving license (มีพาหนะ/ใบอนุญาตขับขี่).
