Process Engineer (SMT) - NN King Of fruit CO., LTD.

• Analyze and optimize SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production processes such as SPI, Pick and Place, and Reflow to enhance efficiency and yield
• Troubleshoot technical issues occurring in SMT production lines to minimize defects and downtime
• Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to determine optimal conditions for manufacturing processes
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for SMT processes
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring process readiness and smooth integration
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3-8 years of experience as an SMT Process Engineer
• Deep understanding of SMT processes including SPI, Pick and Place, Reflow, and AOI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical issues in production
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and engineering software
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of manufacturing quality systems such as ISO or IATF is a plus.
