Responsibilities
- ดูแลและให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคสำหรับระบบฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเครือข่ายภายในองค์กร
- วินิจฉัยและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านไอทีที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้ใช้งานและระบบปฏิบัติการต่างๆ
- บำรุงรักษาและจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที เช่น เซิร์ฟเวอร์ ระบบเครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง
- ติดตั้ง กำหนดค่า และอัปเดตระบบปฏิบัติการ ซอฟต์แวร์ และแอปพลิเคชันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต
- บริหารจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน สิทธิ์การเข้าถึง และความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลตามนโยบายบริษัท
- จัดทำคู่มือและเอกสารประกอบการใช้งานระบบไอที รวมถึงบันทึกการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support หรือ Help Desk 3-5 ปี โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows Server, Linux และ Network Infrastructure
- ความสามารถในการวินิจฉัยและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเครือข่าย
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยมและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้ใช้งานและทีมงานได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์กับระบบ SAP, Orecle, ERP หรือ MES จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- รู้ระบบ cctv, ติดตั้งโปรแกรม
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
