Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร รวมถึงการนัดสัมภาษณ์และจัดทำเอกสาร
- ดูแลและจัดเก็บข้อมูลพนักงานในระบบให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ประสานงานการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่และกระบวนการลาออกของพนักงาน
- บริหารจัดการสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการต่างๆ ของพนักงาน
- จัดซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และเครื่องใช้สำนักงาน
- ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการภายนอกสำหรับการบำรุงรักษาอาคารและอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน HR และธุรการ 2-3 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ (Chinese Speaking)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านกฎหมายแรงงานและระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ได้ดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
