Customs Specialist - NN King Of fruit CO., LTD.

• Assist the China Customs team and freight forwarders in preparing import customs clearance documents for each shipment according to the monthly import plan.
• Coordinate with the China Customs team to prepare Certificates of Origin (COO), Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificates, and other required documents based on the imported vehicle models and components to optimize import duty costs.
• Track shipment schedules after vessel departure and prepare customs clearance documents and required certificates with freight forwarders before cargo arrival.
• Monitor customs clearance progress, arrange truck delivery with freight forwarders, oversee cargo unloading, and submit container unloading documentation.
• Reserve shipping schedules for each import container in advance and monitor ocean freight market trends to control transportation costs for each shipment.
• Classify customs tariff codes (HS Codes) for all product categories, establish and maintain the Thailand import HS Code database, and continuously optimize classifications to reduce import duties in accordance with regulatory changes.
• Maintain and update monthly import and export data based on shipment records, customs documentation, and reconciliation reports.
• Prepare monthly customs expense reports by verifying customs-related costs with freight forwarders and the Finance Department.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Customs, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Import-Export, Customs Clearance, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of Thai customs regulations, import procedures, HS Code classification, and import duties.
• Experience in preparing import documents, COO, shipping documents, and coordinating with freight forwarders.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Good command of English; Chinese communication skills are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to prepare import/export data and cost reports.
• Able to work independently, follow up on shipments, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
