Policy & Compliance: Develop internal department and corporate IT policies to align with requirements from internal/external auditors, Risk Management, and Compliance.
Documentation: Create and maintain IT operation manuals and IT Governance documentation to meet audit and ADJ policy requirements.
Contingency Planning: Develop IT contingency plans ensuring alignment with the corporate Business Continuity Plan (BCP), infrastructure teams, and related vendors.
Audit Preparation: Coordinate and prepare supporting documents and evidence for both internal and external audits to ensure completeness and timeliness.
Evidence Verification: Collect and verify IT Governance evidence to ensure all steps are accurate and completed within deadlines.
Issue Remediation: Monitor and follow up on remediation requests from auditors (including Risk & Compliance) to ensure issues are resolved on time.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in IT Audit roles.
Have an experience in the insurance or life insurance sector is an advantage.
Knowledge of or certifications in IT Audit, IT Governance, ITIL, COBIT, and ISO27001. Training in these areas is preferred.
