Manufacturing Engineer

1. Responsible for the certification and update of the third-generation motor and assembly product process, including flow charts, control plans and standard operating instructions;

2. Changes: transfer design, raw materials and technical change management to the production line, and update all related documents;

3. Error prevention, process parameter list, control maintenance and verification;

4. Capacity improvement: smart time and line analysis, continuous improvement of capabilities and quality performance; 5. Third-generation product motor. Assembly line machine troubleshooting, machine DT reduction, OEE improvement;

6. OEM customer acquisition, access, audit preparation and tracking.

7. Responsible for the electrical maintenance of department equipment to ensure the daily stable operation of electrical equipment in the product manufacturing system.

8. According to the business needs of the department, assist project engineers in the electrical and program development, production and acceptance of equipment and fixtures to meet business development.

9. According to the requirements of new products and new processes, carry out electrical transformation, acceptance and tracking of the company's existing equipment.

10. Responsible for the management and control of department equipment software and hardware changes, backup and equipment history.

11. Formulate safety operating procedures for each position and supervise their implementation.

12. Responsible for the implementation of the TPM maintenance plan and conduct acceptance inspections on equipment maintenance.

13. IE cost reduction, waste elimination and other activities.
