Responsibilities

- Support sales operations across both offline and online channels, including dealers, retail stores, modern trade, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Manage product information, including listing new items, updating prices, improving product images, running promotions, and coordinating with the sales team and stores.
- Develop strategies to increase sales by participating in platform campaigns and using tools such as in-platform advertising.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Monitor order status and coordinate deliveries.
- Check product stock, monitor product displays, and manage point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Visit assigned retail locations when required.
- Collect and summarize daily and weekly sales reports for supervisors.
- Coordinate and resolve basic issues with stores and business partners.
- Support promotional activities such as booths, roadshows, or events.
- Prepare sales-related documents and reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Internship experience in sales, sales coordination, modern trade, or e-commerce will be an advantage.
- Good communication in English and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP).
- Presentable, proactive, and willing to learn new tasks.
