Responsibilities

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)

ให้การสนับสนุนลูกค้าก่อนและหลังการขาย ผ่านช่องทางแชท
จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
บันทึกข้อมูลการบริการลูกค้าในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง
สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนกะการทำงานได้ตามความจำเป็น

เวลาทำงาน (Working Hours)

กะเช้า: 7:00 น. – 16:00 น.

คุณสมบัติ (Requirements)

การศึกษา: ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ, อนุปริญญา หรือปริญญาตรี (ทุกสาขา)
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับพื้นฐานถึงปานกลาง (Basic–Intermediate)
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริการลูกค้า, งานก่อน/หลังการขาย หรือ Call Center จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานเป็นกะและปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาทำงานได้
สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
