Responsibilities
• Conduct requirements gathering and design Technical Solutions that address customer' business needs.
• Advise customers on IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Technology Roadmaps.
• Provide consultation and oversight on Software Development, Big Data, Data Governance and preferably in AI Technology.
• Design and Develop Solution Architectures, Technical Proposals, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) to support the Sales team.
• Define Technical Standards, Best Practices, and Coding Guidelines for development teams.
• Present Technical Solutions effectively to customers executives and technical teams.
• Estimate effort, timelines, and project risks to support proposal and quotation preparation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Teams and Sales Teams to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or higher in IT or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Software Development, Data Management/Analysis, AI, IT Consulting or IT Technical Solutions, preferably in Government customer.
• Experience in ICT industry, Technical skills, Software, Programming, Data or AI Technology.
• Skilled in writing Technical Proposals, TOR/RFP Responses, and Business Cases.
• Strategic thinking capability with strong structured problem-solving skills.
• Very good problem solving, negotiation, presentation and communication skill.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
