• Oversee overall HR operations, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Thai labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate and communicate with Japanese management regarding HR policies, staff movements, and organizational matters.
• Manage performance evaluation, competency assessment, and employee development programs.
• Plan and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
• Support organizational development initiatives, including structure review and job evaluation.
• Prepare HR reports, employee data, and documentation as required by management or authorities.
• Handle disciplinary issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive work environment and strong employee engagement.
• Translate and interpret HR-related communications between Thai and Japanese as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
