Regulatory Affairs Officer (เจ้าหน้าที่ขึ้นทะเบียน) - บริษัท อินะบาตะ ไทย จำกัด

Scope of work :

•         Ensure the new product imported complies with local regulation and register as agreed with timeline.
•         Ensure the product locally supplied, pre-packed product complies with local regulation.
•         Update the new regulation and ensure all products comply with regulation.
•        Deal and build relationships with government officers (FDA, DLD, DOF).
•         Promote company activities with government officer channel.
•         Input and properly maintain all regulatory and legal documentation.
•         Registered food products in the Thai FDA system and other products in relevant government systems.
•         Developed product label information and reviewed artwork designs to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
•         Monitored, updated, and implemented food regulations within the organization.
•         Prepared and reviewed documentation for product registration with government authorities, including the Thai FDA (Food and Drug Administration), Department of Industrial Works, Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), Defense Industrial Department, Excise Department, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Livestock Development, as well as other relevant authorities.
•         Updated and implemented applicable regulations within the organization to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications :

•       Bachelor’s degree in food technology or related fields.
•         Minimum 3 years direct experience from RA Specialist.
•         Good command in English Communications both Writing & Speaking.
•         Knowledge of fresh/food products, medical device, Medicine, Cosmetic, Hazardous substances.
•         Can work under pressure.
•         Good Team Player, Good Attitude, and Eagerness to learn
