Greet visitors and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.
Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries (both domestic and international).

Update and maintain supplier lists and price comparisons for internal use.
Arrange meetings and prepare rooms, materials, and equipment as needed.
Plan and support internal events such as team gatherings, staff birthdays, and annual celebrations.
Coordinate with restaurants and venues for business lunches or corporate dinners.
Assist in booking accommodations and transportation for visitors and staff.
Manage vehicle insurance renewals and other related administrative renewals.
Support with sourcing gifts and seasonal items for partners and clients.
Collaborate with international team members and support overseas requests.
Perform other administrative or coordination tasks as assigned by management.
