Responsibilities
QA Officer for Imported Products
- Maintain and control QA documentation including SOPs, CoA, CoC, and import-related records
- Coordinate document version control, review cycles, and audit preparation
- Classify imported products and manage FDA registration submissions and renewals
- Liaise with suppliers and regulatory bodies on classification and registration matters
- Review and approve imported product labels for regulatory compliance (ingredients, claims, warnings, language)
- Conduct incoming quality inspections and manage product release decisions
- Investigate non-conformances, complaints, and supplier quality issues; support CAPA processes
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and commercial teams on QA-related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in QA, regulatory affairs, or product compliance (import/FMCG preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Thai FDA registration and labeling requirements
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001, or FSSC 22000 is an advantage
- Strong document management skills with high attention to detail
- Good English proficiency for reviewing supplier and regulatory documents
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
