Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Provide technical support, Maintenance , Repair, Training, Spare parts identification and quotation, Commissioning of Automotive Products to Local & Regional Customer, Partner & sales Department.
Responsibility:
1. Provide service support for Automotive Products (Commissioning/Repair/Maintenance).
2. Create and Prepare document as Sales and/or customer's request. Update Maintenance plan according environmental and usage condition.
3. Communicate with Factory for Spare Part, Maintenance parts and replacement parts. Request quotation from Factory.
4. support Project engineering to find and evaluate potential technical partner find local solution together with engineering team.
5. Any assignment from Service Team Leader to support service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics in related field.
- 3 years’ experience in Mechanical and electronic related fields. (preferred AC Motors and Inverter Technology)
- Good command in English, able to speak Japanese, German, Chinese or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Microsoft Office, CAD experience of software programming knowledge is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal relationship skills, service minded, hardworking and well time-scheduling management.
- Able to travel domestic and oversea.
Office Location: MRT Rama 9 station
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30
