คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and lead a team of production workers to achieve daily and weekly production targets.

2. Oversee the grinding and coating processes, monitoring product quality and identifying areas for improvement.

3. Provide training and development to team members to upskill and improve their performance.

4. Liaise with other departments to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products.

5. Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

6. Continuously seek ways to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.

7. Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

คุณสมบัติ

What we're looking for

1.Relevant experience in a production team leader or supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

2.Strong technical understanding of grinding and coating processes.

3.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

4.Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.

5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

7.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
