Responsibilities
หน้าที่หลัก
- ปฏิบัติงานในห้องคลีนรูมตามกฎและขั้นตอนที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด
- ประกอบชิ้นส่วนตามขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสาร (OMS)
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อดูขั้นตอนและคำแนะนำในการประกอบงาน
- ทดสอบชิ้นงานทางไฟฟ้าโดยใช้เครื่องมือที่บริษัทจัดให้ (มีคู่มือสอน)
- ใช้ประแจหรือไขควงแรงบิดเพื่อขันชิ้นส่วนตามแรงที่กำหนด
- ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการทำงานและการจับถือชิ้นส่วนของบริษัทตลอดเวลา
- ตรวจสอบรายการชิ้นส่วน (BOM) และแจ้งเมื่อพบว่าชิ้นส่วนในชุดไม่ครบ รวมถึงตรวจดูชิ้นส่วนว่ามีความเสียหายหรือคุณภาพผิวงานผิดปกติหรือไม่
- สามารถแยกและระบุชิ้นส่วนได้จากรูปภาพ ตัวอย่าง หรือหมายเลขชิ้นส่วน
- กรอกเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน เช่น Traveler และเอกสารตรวจคุณภาพ (TQC)
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม และใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันส่วนบุคคล (PPE) อย่างถูกต้อง
- บันทึกเวลาเริ่มและเลิกงานในระบบ MES ตามที่กำหนด
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ต่อเนื่องขั้นต่ำอย่างน้อย 1 ปี เกี่ยวกับการประกอบผลิตภัณฑ์ ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็คทรอนิกส์
- หากเคยมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในห้อง Cleanroom มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือประกอบ เช่น ประแจ ไขควง ประแจทอร์ก (ประแจปอนด์)
- อ่านและเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษได้เบื้องต้น
