Social Media 

• Edit video and picture and post in social media
• make live and help to live streaming
• Update Facebook 2-3 time per week posting with caption
• Update IG 2-3 time per week posting with caption
• Update Line once a week
• Update Tiktok 1-2 video per week from KOL or self made

E-commerce

• Maintain the listing new SKU and maintain the SKU update
• Shopee - Need to maintain monthly promotion in Shopee and advertising
• Shopee - Daily check the deliver and packing and send to the courier shopee express and other 24 hours accept must print the sticker and 48 hours time limited to send to couriers (not too many may be 5 to 10 boxes)
• Shopee - Maintain the ad budget, and filter the keywords for searching
• Tiktok - Daily check the deliver and packing and send to the courier 24 hours accept must print the sticker and 48 hours time limited to send to couriers
• Lazada - Daily check the deliver and packing and send to the courier 24 hours accept must print the sticker and 48 hours time limited to send to couriers
• Line myshop - Daily check and pack and deliver in the Line shop
• Answer and response to the customer online enquiry using the seller accounts

Offline store

• Beautrium - print invoice, PO and prepare for delivery and order the truck for delivery (Using Flow account)
• Tofu Skincare - print invoice, PO and prepare for delivery and order the truck for delivery (Using Flow account)
• Konvy - print invoice, PO and prepare for delivery and order the truck for delivery (Using Flow account) help to list for the new stores like Eveandboy and Watson

Other admin

• Record keeping - Maintain and keep record of invoice and expenses and send to accountant
• Record keeping - Keep record for the import and FDA and barcode record

Person need to passion in Cosmetic and Skincare, energetic, responsible and  can work independentlyAge preferably 23-33 years

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field

0-1 year experience in marketing, e-commerce, create branding image

Is creative with good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet

Enjoy learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology

Communication well in English

Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, Google doc, Google slide , Google sheet, Google drive

• Age preferably 23-33 years
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field
• 0-1 year experience in marketing, e-commerce, create branding image
