Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Oversee and manage the entire facility operations for Data Center clients, ensuring high availability, operational efficiency, and compliance with all safety, regulatory, and client requirements. Lead the facility management team to deliver world-class service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day facility operations in Data Centers, ensuring uptime, reliability, and compliance with SLA.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for critical infrastructure.
- Provide regular operational and performance reports to management and clients.
- Lead and mentor the facility management team to enhance technical and operational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in Data Center or mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, critical infrastructure, and safety compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficient in English communication.
