Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Project Coordination & Execution
- Plan, organize, and oversee flooring projects from preparation to completion

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Site Management
- Conduct on-site measurements and assess installation requirements
- Evaluate subfloor conditions and recommend appropriate solutions
• Technical Support
- Provide accurate technical details to the sales team for quotations and invoices
- Ensure all project and product information is correctly entered and managed through the Odoo system
• Contractor Management
- Arrange, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and installation teams
- Monitor workmanship and ensure installations meet DEECO standards
• Inventory & Material Management
- Manage stock levels, materials, and project allocations
- Ensure timely availability of materials for each project
- Ensure timely availability of materials for each project
• After-Sales Service
- Handle minor repairs, maintenance, and customer support
- Ensure customer satisfaction after project completion
• Showroom Design & Presentation
- Support and execute showroom decoration from concept and planning to final result
- Organize and maintain product displays, samples, and marketing materials
- Ensure the showroom reflects DEECO’s premium image and European standards
Qualifications
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Interest in technical aspects of materials and installation processes
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of projects
• Good eye for detail and problem-solving mindset
• Appreciation for interior design and architecture
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Must have a valid driving license and own car for traveling to project sites in Pattaya, Bangkok, and surrounding areas
• Background in interior design, floor installation, or house decoration is a strong advantage
