Job Summary:
Responsible for process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across multiple lithium battery production stages — including electrode manufacturing, laser cleaning, liquid injection, formation, sealing, and inspection. The role focuses on improving process capability, yield rate, and stability, while supporting new product trials and localization projects in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, handle, and optimize process anomalies across assigned production stages (such as tableting, slitting, laser cleaning, liquid injection, formation, sealing, OCV, X-ray, grading, and material preparation).
- Improve process capability, yield, and overall efficiency in production lines.
- Conduct feasibility assessments for new project pilot runs; follow up on process issues, implement corrective actions, and prepare evaluation reports.
- Support customer audits, product certifications, and complaint analysis related to manufacturing processes.
- Design, improve, and maintain production tooling, jigs, and fixtures as required.
- Follow up on localized material trial runs in Thailand, monitor process performance, and prepare trial evaluation reports.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including FMEA, SOP, and Control Plans.
- Apply 6 Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process stability and quality.
