Responsibilities
Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)
• Strategic Partnership: Manage and expand our presence in the Plastic, Paint, and Ink sectors as a professional consultant.
• Value-Added Selling: Identify customer pain points and provide innovative chemical & pigment solutions to drive sustainable growth.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, forecast trends, and collaborate with our Global Suppliers to organize technical seminars and exhibitions.
• Professional Reporting: Analyze customer data and summarize territory performance to align with company goals.
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For?
• Age: Male or Female, age 22-32 years
• The Expert: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Science fields (Your technical foundation is key).
• The Experienced: 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales (Specific experience in Plastic, Paints, or Inks is a significant advantage).
• The Communicator: Good command of spoken and written English.
• The Professional: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a "Problem-Solving" mindset.
• The Driver: Must own a car and hold a valid driving license
