Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate production costs, ensuring all relevant expenses are captured, allocated, and documented.
• Maintain and reconcile detailed inventory records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Perform monthly physical inventory counts and coordinate annual stock counts with external surveyors.
• Monitor and record cost of goods sold (COGS), ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected in financial statements.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all cost and inventory-related financial data.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on production costs, inventory levels, and COGS to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data and ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
• Support internal and external audits related to cost and inventory.
• Perform other accounting and ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous. (Open to fresh graduates)o 

• Fair command of English (both written and spoken) is a plus

• Able to work full-time at the Chong Sarika Plant, Lopburi.


NEEDED KNOWLEDGE

• Accounting Standards: Good understanding of accounting standards, costing standard concepts

• Financial & Cost Reporting: Basic knowledge of costing, analysis and trial balance reconciliation.

• Advanced Excel: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial formulas) for data reconciliation and analysis is a plus.
