Area Sales Manager – HORECA Pattaya

- Train the Pattaya staff team so they can improve on sales techniques and wine knowledge.
- Manage and monitor sales of our entire IWS portfolio (Wine, spirit, coffee, water, syrup) and work closely with our MKT department in order to implement brand activations and distributions.
- Set up promotions of our above IWS portfolio of products and coordinate event arrangements.
- Build business relationships with existing and potential new clients in your areas.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Conduct weekly team meetings along with one-on-one meetings with your team in both areas.
- Conduct wine training for our clients if needed.
- Monitor sales to direct accounts under HORECA (including consignment/ageing-collection/orders).ü Implementing and adapting to IWS company policies.
- Male / Female, age 24-35 years .
- Bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 1 years of experience in sales.
- Good command of Ms. Office computers
- Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Have a personal car and can be used in operations.
- ** In case of business experience in Sales of HORECA will be an advantage.
- ** Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
- Can be live in local “Pattaya”
