Responsibilities
- Interpret construction drawings and assign tasks to on-site workers as per schedule
- Coordinate the sequence of work among various trades and crews
- Plan material and machinery requirements in advance for smooth site operations
- Oversee work quality to meet drawings and specifications, requiring rework for non-conforming items
- Inspect and immediately address potential safety hazards on the construction site
- Resolve conflicts between work crews and liaise with supervisors and client representatives
Qualifications
- Thai national with a valid Thai ID card
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a construction company
- Proficiency in Chinese or English communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license is a plus.
