Responsibilities
- Estimate the cost in term of the Civil and Architectural Work in the bidding stage (Part time)
- Prepare the Variation Order Work and all the relevant document in the project site
- Prepare the Payment application and the relevant document to the client in the project site
- Support to Site Engineering in term of Office Engineer responsibility
- Sourcing Supplier and Subcontractor for the project site
- Compare and Evaluate cost from Supplier and Subcontractor
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer
- Cost estimate experience atleast 5 years (In Data Center Project is an advantage)
- Office Engineer in site role atleast 5 years (Data Center Project is an advantage)
- Variation Order work and Payment application experience in site atleast 2 years (In Data Center Project is an advantage)
- Use Excel program in advance function or special formula to sourcing the cost and Q'ty
- Communication in english skill atleast Intermediate level (Compatible with the Chinese colleague)
- Proficient level and self perform in the role of responsibility
- Multi Task Skill in the Civil Engineering role
